This Distant Healing board was created to enable me to do healings from a distance with the ability for me to place healing crystals in specific areas to enhance the healing however there is no specific way to use this board as the healings are energetic and can be enhance with the board in anyway you feel.

Distant Healing is a form of Quantum/Energy Healing that can transcend space and time, making it a valuable tool when distance is an obstacle.
The distant Healing or Reiki board helps facilitate powerful Healings and allows specific placement for crystal or chakra healings or assists in targeting specific areas that require healing, I have personally found it to really powerful with amazing results.

I follow the below steps in my basic process, and will also rely on intuition to add or modify my process

Set up your Distant Healing board, which allows you to administer healings from a distance and enhance the energetic healing process.
Place specific healing crystals on the corresponding chakras that need attention or healing. Use your preferred crystals and adjust based on your intuition and guidance.

Cleanse the board using Palo Santo or sage to create an energetically clear space.

Begin your Distant Healing Reiki process, using visualisation and Reiki energy to cleanse and unblock each chakra and area of the body. You may also use your pendulum to target specific areas or gain insights.

Leave the healing grid set for an extended period of time, depending on the extent of healing required. You can redo the Reiki process as needed.

Remember to cleanse your crystals and board after each healing session to maintain their energetic purity.

It's important to trust your intuition and inner guidance as you work with the Distant Healing board and conduct Distant Healings. By combining the energy of the crystals, your visualisation skills, Reiki energy, and any additional techniques you are drawn to, you create a powerful healing space even from a distance.

Plywood is made by pressing together thin layers of natural wood, creating a durable, lightweight material that holds up beautifully over time. Eucalyptus (3mm): Native to Australia, light in colour with subtle variations and darker streaks in sections. Known for strength, stability, and moisture resistance.
Birch (3mm–6mm): Light and plain in appearance with a fine, uniform texture and occasional curly or wavy grain.
Basswood (3mm–6mm): Lightweight, with minimal grain detail and a clean, pale surface ; great for showcasing engraved designs.
Eco Bamboo (3mm–5mm, Premium): this material features distinctive natural streaks and characteristic bamboo knots, giving each piece a unique, organic appearance.
